Adult Choir: Adults and teens who love to sing are invited to share their talents with the Temple choir. You’ll learn Jewish music in a fun, and welcoming group with performances at services, holidays and special Temple events. No special skills required, though an ability to read music is recommended. Rehearsals are up to 30 times a year based on performances, Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.
Rural Street Klezmer Band: If you enjoy performing and playing Jewish music, consider the Rural Street Klezmer Band. We’re always looking for instrumental musicians with at least two years of training in their particular instrument. The band plays at Shabbat services and other events throughout the year. Rehearsals are Sundays at 11:00 a.m.
Shabba-Tones: The Temple’s rock/jazz band brings Shabbat to life once a month by leading a musical service.
